Wine Dahlia Flower Bushes - Set of 2

Broad, layered dahlia heads create the rich shape of this burgundy flower set. The deep wine color brings definition to a room with pale walls or light wood, while the green leaves separate the blooms from one another. Two bushes are included, with seven flowers on each, giving you fourteen heads to arrange as one generous display or divide between two supporting vessels.

Each bush measures 50.8 cm high and 30.5 cm wide. The individual flowers are 16.5 cm across and 7.6 cm high, so they have a noticeable presence even in a simple arrangement. Leave enough clearance around the vessel for the outer petals rather than pressing the bouquet against a wall or shelf above. The dimensions describe the decorative pieces; the final outline will change with the angle and spacing of the stems.

The flower heads use textile petals, while the plastic stems contain wire for gentle positioning. Ease the outer branches apart a little at a time, supporting the lower stem as you work. Keeping some heads forward and some slightly behind makes the layered construction easier to see. The set can be displayed without additional flowers, or used beside slender foliage for a contrast between large rounded blooms and smaller leaves.

For an everyday arrangement, use a plain vase that lets the burgundy color remain the focus. For a table setting, keep the finished display low enough for the space and ensure the base is stable. These are artificial flowers, with no watering or sunlight requirement. The listing includes the two dahlia bushes only; vases, candles, tableware, and other items in scene photographs are styling accessories. Textile petals should remain clear of any burning candles or heat sources.

The fourteen heads provide enough repetition to establish a clear color story without requiring several different flower varieties. Keep the two bushes intact while testing their positions, then decide whether to use them together or separately. Check the opening of each vase: forcing broad flower branches into a very narrow neck can damage both the arrangement and the vessel. Once displayed, avoid frequent handling of individual petals. Small positional changes to the supporting stems are usually more useful than pressing directly on the open flower heads.

Burgundy petals can look deeper in a dim room and more detailed in brighter indirect light. Consider the usual lighting of the display area when deciding where the bushes will sit. Keep the arrangement accessible for gentle dusting, and avoid setting it so close to a wall that the rear flowers are flattened against the surface every time the vase is moved.
