By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent information, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access.
You must have the legal capacity or necessary authorization to place an order. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of any suspected unauthorized use.
Product Information
Handykivo offers botanical decorations, wreaths, hanging ornaments, decorative accents, candles, candle holders, and seasonal home décor.
We aim to accurately describe product dimensions, materials, options, and package contents. Screen settings and lighting may affect appearance, but do not excuse material differences from the description.
Natural materials and handmade finishes may vary in grain, texture, shape, or color, as explained on the product page. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.
Review product details before ordering. Only items identified as included in the product description form part of your purchase; other accessories shown for styling are not included.
Product Use and Care
Follow the product’s supplied care instructions, warnings, and any installation guidance. Use products only for their stated purpose.
Decorative items are not toys unless expressly identified as such. Keep small parts, hanging cords, and fragile decorations away from young children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep flames away from artificial foliage, dried botanicals, hanging decorations, and other flammable materials. Use candles on stable, heat-resistant surfaces with suitable holders, and follow the instructions supplied with the candle and holder.
Do not assume decorative containers are suitable for food contact, outdoor exposure, or use with candles unless the product description expressly states that they are.
These precautions do not exclude our responsibility for faulty products or inaccurate instructions.
Orders and Payments
Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and use an authorized payment method.
An automated order receipt acknowledges your order. Acceptance occurs when we send shipping confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Where legally permitted, we may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, such as unavailability, material pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Material changes to your order require your agreement. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the canceled items and associated undelivered shipping charges.
Prices, currency, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Future price changes do not alter accepted orders.
Shipping and Returns
Our Shipping Policy explains order processing, delivery estimates, shipping fees, and any applicable customs arrangements. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We will investigate delivery problems and assist with missing or damaged shipments. Responsibility for non-delivery does not automatically transfer to you when goods reach our carrier.
Our Return & Refund Policy governs returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations. It provides a voluntary 30-day return period, in addition to applicable statutory rights. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where legally required, as explained in that policy.
Intellectual Property and Privacy
Rights in protected website materials, including photographs, text, graphics, and designs, remain with their respective owners. Do not commercially reproduce or exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.
Report suspected infringement to service@handykivo.com, identifying the material concerned and the basis of your claim.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Accepting these Terms does not replace consent where separately required.
Liability and Disputes
Website interruptions do not remove our obligations for existing orders. External websites and services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
Contact us so we can discuss concerns and seek a practical resolution. You retain applicable rights to approach payment providers, authorities, dispute-resolution bodies, or competent courts. These Terms impose no mandatory arbitration or exclusive foreign court requirement.
Changes and Applicable Law
